Today we’d like to introduce you to Mack Oner.

Hi Mack, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
In 2015, the OCR Kings started making YouTube videos with the intent to help others to succeed in their fitness journey, especially in running and Obstacle Course Racing. We vow to encourage and assist anyone, regardless of age or level of athleticism.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a long, challenging, and exciting journey, but we are happy to be part of the best community in the world.

Race Review - Spartan Race SoCal 2024 Tom Shankapotomous , founder of Shank Gym LLC, filed a special report in an exclusive agreement with OCR Kings, who own all copyrights and publishing rights.   Preamble   Spartan Race announced a new Trifecta weekend at Perris Lake in Southern California to start this race season. In previous years, the venue hosted a Super and Sprint weekend. This year, the addition of a Beast brought in over 8,000 Spartan Races who participated in a Beast and Sprint on Saturday and a Super and Sprint on Sunday. I only participated in the Saturday Beast, Sunday Super, and Sprint. I decided to run in the Open Wave on both days in an effort to try out some new racing approaches before my competitive season starts in March.   Venue   Perris Lake is a large man-made lake and reservoir about 60 miles east of Los Angeles. The 3-mile by 2-mile lake is the centerpiece of an 8,200 nature preserve and large boating recreational center in a mountain-ringed valley.

New York City - The Bronx - Run

Running around the Bronx in NYC as a qualifier for the New York City Marathon. Presented by New Balance and New York Road Runners, the NYRR Bronx 10 Mile started near Yankee Stadium on Grand Concourse just north of 165th Street, headed north on Mosholu Parkway until reaching Hull Avenue. Runners then made a U-turn and headed west on Mosholu Parkway back toward Grand Concourse. For more NYC running and adventures, don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE!!
