MURPH CHALLENGE 2016

MURPH CHALLENGE 2016

MURPH CHALLENGE 2016 - Memorial Day 2016, MURPH CHALLENGE (also known as "MURPH WOD" or "Body Armor" as named by it's creator Medal of Honor recipient  Lt. Michael Murphy).

OCR Kings show their support for the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation (and gratitude for all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of our nation) by participating in this unique Memorial Day tradition.

The workout consists of a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 sqauts, then followed by another 1 mile run. All of this is done in 20lbs of body armor or weighted vest.

Remember, train hard and have fun. On memorial day, be thankful, be gracious, be humbled...
